In using Everycontractor.com’s service, you acknowledge that, it is your responsibility
to select a contractor or service professional to perform the work needed. It is
solely your responsibility to negotiate the terms or contracts for any work performed.
You may want to consult with an expert to assist in contracts, permits, and other
important documentation. It is also recommended that you consult with an insurance
professional regarding the contractor’s insurance coverage requirements and
your own insurance coverage requirements.
We can not guarantee that we will be able to find a matching contractor or service
professional for your project needs or that there are contractors or service professionals
in your geographic area that are capable and willing to complete your project. Although
we take certain steps to examine the credentials of our listed service professionals,
we make no guarantees or representations regarding the application or installation
skills of such service professionals or the quality of the job that he or she may
perform for you if you elect to retain their services.
It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement
with a contractor or service professional, and we do not guarantee or warrant their
performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. Your
rights under contracts you make with a contractor or service professionals typically
are governed by your state and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any service
professional, you must address such dispute to the service professional directly,
and you hereby agree to release Everycontractor.com (and our employees and agents)
and any other person, firm, or entity from any damages or claims (including consequential
and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known
and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected
with such disputes and your dealings with service professionals.
Contractor Profiles: We allow Service Professionals to post profiles
about themselves and their business. We do not certify nor verify the information
or representations set forth in those profiles. Profiles are self-reported by the
Contractor or Service Professional.
"Preferred Contractor" status: To gain the "Preferred
Contractor" status, a contractor or Service Professional must first certify
that they meet certain criteria, including but not limited to licensing, financial
status, legal status, experience, customer references, and liability insurance,
as reported to us on the company’s profile. We attempt to keep information
current on a regular basis by reminding our contractors and service professionals
to update their account information. This is a "self-certification" process.
A Contractor or Service Professional’s information may be entered incorrectly,
may change or may expire over time; while we attempt to maintain accurate and up-to-date
information, and confirm changes when notified, we cannot guarantee that the profile
and screening information is accurate. Therefore, we recommend that before working
with a service professional you verify that information presented is correct, current
and/or acceptable to you.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US. Upon using the Everycontractor.com's
services, you may be prompted to disclose certain information about your project
or service requirements. In the event you choose to provide Everycontractor.com
with personally identifiable information about yourself, By providing this information
to us, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and our parent companies,
subsidiaries and affiliates via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means,
at any of your contact numbers or addresses, even if you are listed on any federal,
state, provincial or other applicable "Do Not Call" list, in order that
we may provide the services for which you have provided your personally identifiable

online users. We will never disclose, sell, or lease any personally identifiable
